This CUT160 welding machine is standards Riland type machine. Riland company invented this Mosfet Technology inverter welding machine at the year of 1987. After continuously updating, the Mosfet inverter welding machine become very mature and very stable. We sincerely obey Riland original design because our experienced engineer, more than 15 years in this area, think that Riland design is very mature, and any change of the design may caused machine problem. *With digital control port, can provide special signal for CNC such as 1:1 arc voltage, successful arc strike judgment etc. 


* Pioneer of new arc maintenance technology, with high-frequency ignition at millisecond level and very less high-frequency interference.


*Preset current function, can preset accurate cutting current with infinite adjusting way to cut different thickness plate.

*Better external and dynamic characteristic than transformer type cutting machine, with excellent performance like high successful rates of arc striking, good arc stiffness, smooth cut.

*Current rising slowly when arc starting, effectively extend the life of electrode and nozzle.

*Very stable cutting current, it doesn't influence the cutting current when voltage fluctuates within 10%.

*High duty cycle, no stop at max cutting current.

*With non-contact arc striking, excellent instant arc strike function.
