Product Introductions:
The traditional bottled CO2/AR,its shortcomings: Welding in the initial few seconds, there will be quite a gas has been wasted, bsisdes, it is easy to affect the weld surface appearance, and easy to damage the welding quality. This "Energy saving instrument" product, wasted gas can be reduced to the minimum. It can make the gas outflow evenly, reduce waste and maintain welding quality.
Energy-saving Test: Under the following various test conditions, comparison between energy saving flow meter and ordinary flow meter, in use in 20% to 62% of bottled gas is saved(10 seconds before starting welding).

output pressure:0.35 MPa
pipeline inside diameter:1/4 inch(6.35mm)
